I am looking forward to buy a new card for my system but i am not sure about the compatibility....
it runs a Processor
2.90 gigahertz Intel Core i5-2310
and the board: Intel Corporation DH61WW AAG23116-302?
graphic card i am looking to buy: ZOTAC NVIDIA GTX 650 Ti 1GB 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

Shouldn't be a problem unless you have a really crappy PSU. Pre-built PCs sometimes come with PSU that are pretty much utter garbage, so it would be safer to check what kind of PSU you have. As the GTX 650ti isn't too demanding, it will probably work out fine.
