Whic pc is better for gaming

Ok so im building a new gaming pc but im not sure which is better. What do u guys think? Im looking for a pc that will allow me to play as many games on max setting with better performance in general. Im using this pc primarlly for gaming

Just my 2 cents:
Most say that the R9 Fury is better than a 980. But the 4790k is better than the 4690k slightly. Although if you overclock the 4690k it performs the same (if not slightly better than the 4790k) but then you could just overclock the 4790k and then it will be better again.

get build 2
Build#1 has an i7 4790K with no CPU cooler meaning no overclocking
An overclocked I5 4690k would beat an i7 4790k in games that aren't optimized to use 8 cores
Build #2 also has an SSD and more RAM

If you're going to go the AMD route the R9 Nano is better for the same price as it is basically a de tuned R9 Fury X.

Also for bulid #2 replace the 212 EVO with a cryorig H7 cooler for 10$ more

Also the build with the 4690k has a SSD which would mean better boot times and a better cooler for better temps and a bit of overclocking
