Good Morning!

So I’m in the middle of upgrading my 6 year old PC, so far I upgraded my CPU/MB/RAM (i12600k, ASUS TUF Z790Plus, 32GB DDR5)
and after selling my parts I will upgrade GTX1070Ti to either RX6700XT/RX6750XT/RX7700XT (depends on the prices and availability)

So far I have 1080p 75Hz monitor which I would like to upgrade for something with higher refresh rate and 1440p for gaming. My budget is 300$.

After reading some reviews I found this:

Is it good option or am I overpaying?

Also question about this one:

Is sacrificing higher refresh rate for LED panel will make difference in image quality? I don’t really play any online shooters etc mostly RPG Open world games (Elden Ring, Hogwarts, Cyberpunk2077, Tomb Raiders, Starfield soon etc) so I’m not sure from which I would benefit better.

Or is there any other option for those games?
Thanks in advance!

Thank you, monitor looks great and nice specs but i forgot to add that 27” will be perfect size for me, and i don’t need anything 30”+. Right now i’m rocking old ASUS 24” 1080p 75Hz and i can’t imagine myself in front of 31.5” beast 😅
