Question Which 1660ti to pick

There are many 1660ti versions available, but Palit StormX and Zotac versions cough my eye. Both cost 300 in my country. Zotac has dual fan design, so, better cooling. While Palit has single fan, it performs slightly better.
There is Gigabyte and MSI versions available too, but they cost over 350 (out of my 300 budget). I could buy it from online store like Amazon, but shipping is over 80, so, that's not an option.

Of course, there is Vega 56 available, but again, 350. Pricing in Lithuania sucks

I would go for Zotac, since as in reviews from Palit is stated that in fact its limited to 12Gbps bandwith limit.

Do you consider about used market? Like 1070 which perform similar and should be somewhat cheaper if you can find.

There are also MSI version with TwinFrozr design which should be less than 300$.

Have you checked the price of the MSI GTX 1660 Ti Ventus?
I have an MSI GTX 1660 Ti Armor OC and I love it.
It is very fast and runs very cool.
The Ventis is only slightly slower than mine and should be just under $300.

Actually, I decided not to go with 1660ti. I'm planning to play on 900p, so RX 590 is plenty enough to play on Ultra most titles with decent fps,even though my monitor is 75 hz. The problem solved itself
