Ok so here it goes...

Does it really matter which 4890 I get? The only thing that I can tell the difference between them is a stock, slight, or higher manufact overclock. Is the ability to overclock going to differ much between a 160usd video card and a 200+USD one?

Not much of a question huh?? Yeah I know but figured I would ask anyway. lol

Here are the 3 I am looking at so what do yall think?

The xfx warranty is amazing if you plan to transfer the cards to someone else, or plan to overclock them. Otherwise it won't get you much more.

I'd go with the sapphire one myself. The vaporX cooling is very nice.
