Which 4gb ddr3 ram is best?

I am buying 4gb ddr3 1333mhz ram stick for pc. Please suggest some best and budget ram , available at less than Rs.2200. As i saw many Rs.1500 ram's but not sure with those brands like dolgix, etc.
Are Hynix and kingston brands good enough to buy here in india?

hynix or kingston should be fine those are respected brands

Just buy something with a warranty. DDR3 1333 is DDR3 1333. One brand will not perform better than another. Hynix and Kingston are fine.
