I have recently decided to not go with the 660 ti because apparently the bus causes lag with aa and 1080p or higher resolutions. I am looking to play battlefield 3 on ultra at 1080p with a solid 60fps.

660 ti i was thinking of: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=21727
670 1: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=20209
670 2: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=20324

I want to save as much money as i can. I can overclock if necessary but need a card with good cooling so i can keep solid temps too.

Whats the gaming difference between 192 and 256 bit? Whats the difference with the 670s? (Appart from the fans) What kinda performance increase am i going to get my getting a 670 over a 660 ti?

Do not base your graphics card selection on specs. Base it on actual performance, preferebly for the games you will play.
Each design is a blend of factors and trade offs. A general ranking should be sufficient.
Here is one set of benchmarks: http://www.anandtech.com/show/6159/the-geforce-gtx-660-ti-review/13
Since you have a budget, I would go ahead and buy a GTX660ti. BF3 is not a particularly graphics sensitive game.
I would also prefer a card with the dual slot reference cooler. It gets heat directly out of your case.
Something like this:

You think thats the best? It has to be futureproof too! Also what about the 192 bit bus? THe benchmarks say that card gets 50fps i want solid 60
