With the rebate they are both the same price. I've heard good stuff about EVGA, but I am not sure about Galaxy. Since they are the same price, i am leaning towards the Galaxy with the 4 GB vRAM to future-proof myself.

Unless you are doing something like Skyrim with heavy mods you will be fine with 2 gigabytes. And you will save a little bit in the process money wise by going down to 2 gigabytes. Games right now don't pull 2 gigabytes BF3 gets around 1.5-1.8.
