All single fan 750Ti doesnot requires a 6 pins power connector. Only highly overclocked multiple fans 750Ti requires 6 pins power connector. And as you are buying 750Ti then buy used one.

The 1050 is a bit too expensive for me, im lookin for under £90. I've been deciding between the RX 460 vs 750Ti but i decided the 750Ti because of the power consumption.

Ok thanks man! But the 2nd hand store which im planning to get my graphics card from says Nvidia GTX 750 Ti, but doesnt specify the brand, or if it has 2 fans or not. From looking at the reviews, the brand randomizes, so some people got the asus 750ti, and another one got a zotac. Does the different brands make completely different designs? (like 2 fans, 1 fan).

Don't need to choose the GTX 750 Ti because of power consumption. Both chips use less than 75 watts from the motherboard. Anything below 75 watts is an unimportant value. You don't need even less power consumption than that.
You'd just be limiting yourself to a GPU that performs worse for no meaningful reason.
