Which 770 should I get

Should I get EVGA GeForce GTX 770 Superclocked 2GB PCI Express Nvidia Graphics Card or EVGA GeForce GTX 770 Dual SC ACX 4GB GDDR5
Are they both the same except for VRAM

Depends on your resolution and the price difference. At 1080p, you don't need more than 2GB of VRAM. There may be a few games that will use up more than 2GB of VRAM at 1080p.

So it comes down to pricing and what resolution you plan to play at. At 1080p, the 2GB one will do just fine.

They have a different coolers as well as different vRAM amounts
