Which 7870 should I buy

I have a coise of the Asus or VTX HD 7870 the Asus has 2 fans while the VTX has one fan

and which one will OC better and if so what clocks while I be able to put them at

Well if you must buy the 7870 the 2 fan option should keep the unit cooler.
