you are right :) at sub 400 there are only 2 sweet spots, i have seen myself on newegg

#1 sapphire ---> get this but you should oc to squeeze more power from it
#2 gigabyte ---> factory oc, awesome cooler

i would go with gigabyte personally :)

cheapest GHz edition is about 450 not worth it

Thanks for the quick reply! The only concern I have with the Sapphire is the surplus of comments regarding coil whine.

I suppose that can happen on any, but it is something to consider.

Also, since I do want to OC, locked voltage would be a bummer as well.
