Which 8GB Ram sticks

I have this old board - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813188039 - and I'm running an I7 980x
It currently has 3 slots with 4gb of Ram in each.
The motherboard says it supports 24gb of RAM, but I'm having a hard time finding 8GB sticks and would like to up to 24gb.

Any advice on where and what to purchase?

Why in the world would you need 24Gb of ram? You might be interested in this article which shows just how much improvement you get from going higher than 12 Gb:

and why not just three more 4Gb sticks to get to 24Gb?

I could use upwards of 48gb, I'm a 3D Artist. We're not all gamers.

The post states clearly that there are only 3 available slots and those are filled.

My apologies but if your M/b only has three slots than you've linked to the wrong M/b. The linked one has six slots. Most of the 8Gb sticks I could find were DDR2 I only came across one which was DDR3 (link below). Hopefully someone else can help you find what you're looking for.

I'm retarded, it has 6 slots as you stated and I have 6x2gb in there.

Time to get on newegg for some cheap ram then.

No worries I screwed up on that 8Gb suggestion too, cause I didn't realize it was server ram.

No matter what, I always suggest going to www.crucial.com and use the scanner there to identity the board, identify what's in there and show all options.

I may or may not buy from Crucial depending on prices, but I use them as a resource.
