Which 970 should I get?

I'm struggling to decide between three different 970's as they all have their pro's...
Here's the choice:

I'm on a some what tight budget and the EVGA superclocked offers the lowest price, however the EVGA supersuperclocked has a higher clock speed and I heard about it having better power faze design and then theres the ASUS strix I heard this offers better reliability and better cooling, could someone please help me out with it.

When it comes to third-party versions of GPUs, there's never much to distinguish them. The difference in clock speeds are negligible and can be compensated for with overclocking.

My advice would be to buy whichever is cheaper or more aesthetically-pleasing.

If you want quiet, for the Strix - also look at MSI's GTX 970 ME edition, it's a little quieter and cooler than the Strix with the same performance.

Like I said, whichever one is cheaper or looks better (if you care about that). The differences in clock speed will only translate to two or three frames per second.
