Which air cooler/case combination to buy?

my setup:
Msi gaming 3 motherboard
intel 4690k
asus strix gtx 970
CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR3-1600Mhz CL9 8GB (2x4GB) DUAL (9-9-9-24) 1.5V RAM


i am so confused what air cooler to buy because most of the good coolers are too tall to fit in any case.
For examle i wanted to buy evo 212 + Corsair SPEC-02 , but they told me it might touch the case.

Can you suggest me any case+cooler ?

(we have mostly Zalman and Corsair cases in my country. and noctua coolers.)

And i wont be doint too much overclocking. just medium. Can i get away with NOCTUA NH-L12 ?

Yeah. Noctua coolers are king of the hill when it comes to silence and cooling efficiency.
