Which air cooler or liquid cooler for overclocking Ryzen 5 2600?

Hi, I am going to build a pc with Ryzen 5 2600 and I would like some recommendations of coolers to overclock it. I would like the exact models. Thank you.
Edit: I'm making the rig from scratch so will decide the case that fits the cooler.

Yea, 3.9ghz should be achievable with the Dark Rock 4, just make sure it's paired up with a board that supports overclocking (B350/B450/X370 or X470).
