Which AMD card would fit my $150 budget

So i'm looking for a new amd card, right now since the new series came out i'm looking to buy the r7 370 but i checked amazon and they are selling an r9 270x certified refurbished for $140, i don't know which card is better than the other can someone help me pick one. thank you.
