Please suggest me some another PCIe 3.0 NVMe M.2 and 250GB SSD good like these or better.

Solution
In performance, the 970 Evo Plus wins with a sequential write speed of 2300MB/s vs. 1400MB/s for the Crucial P5. The write and read IOPS is also higher for the 970.
You probably won't experience a difference between them in anything but synthetic benchmarks though.

As WarWolverineWarrior said, the three are very similar in performance.
My first choice would be the Samsung 970Evo Plus, which has a reliability of 1200tbw, 5 years warranty and excellent performance.
The second option would be the Crucial P5 which has a reliability of 300tbw, a 5-year warranty and a more attractive price.
User Benchmark tests show the Crucial to score better than the WD SN750
