Which of these SSD is faster performing in real life scenarios & reliable overall?

CORSAIR SSD FORCE GT SERIES 120GB

OR

CORSAIR SSD FORCE 3 SERIES 120GB

I'm planning on getting one outta those two for my os + gaming drive so plz recommend which is faster & more reliable of those two??
