[SOLVED] Which app is using up my pagefile.sys?

My pagefile.sys is about 16gB, twice the size of my system's memory. Sometimes I notice (via taskmgr) that the pagefile.sys is at 100%. I assume, when taskmgr says the C: is at 100% this refers to the pagefile.sys. If so, is there a way to determine which app(s) are using 100%? The biggest offender is Chrome but I'm not sure this is always the case. I've taken to exiting out of Chrome at the end of the day and that seems to be helping.

It wouldn't make any sense - it is the OS that control what data to move from RAM and into page file, an app can't control that for itself.
