Which are better?

I need some opinions on all the cards out there. First: this card that I am getting is for a 6 and 7 yr old that play cd games just by themselves never online. It is a pent. 233MMX and have 128mb ram ( don't know if that tells you anything or not). Right now they have a old AMI rage pro turbo. I think that's what it is and I want to put something newer in that does not cost an arm and would be good for what there needs are. Like I said they are 6-7 and don't think they will be playing games online till atleast 10 then I will, or hopefully they will upgrade to a better card and machine for that case. Also it does not have a AGP slot so I also need to know which slot is better for a card ISA or PCI. All opinions will help so please chalk them up... Thanks
