Which are the best components (mobo and CPU) that I can get with less than 300 euros

Hello, I need to buy a new mobo and CPU. I have a max overall budget of 300 euros (import taxes included) and I would like to know which are the best components that I can get are. I was thinking on buying an ASRock 970 Pro3 and an AMD FX-8320. The components need to compatible with an ATI Radeon HD 5830 and have 4 slots of ram DDR 3.

suggest you asus M5A97 R2.0 instead

Thanks for the fast answer, however do you think that that mobo its the best choice. Why another asrock mobo isnt the best.
I was also thinking on maybe buying maybe an ASRock Fatal1ty FM2A88X Killer FM2+, an ASRock X79 Extreme6an Asus F1A75...

300 Euros = 374 USD.
With $370 dollars, I recommend you get:

i5-4690K
ASUS Z97-PRO ATX

If I were you, I would cut down a bit on the CPU and Mobo and get a better GPU.
