Well, look at Game of the Year Awards for FPS. You should get a good idea.

My favourites:
- Crysis series
- Call of Duty series
- Battlefield series
- Bioshock series
- etc.etc.etc.

There's a lot more but like I said, check the GOTY awards for previous years. I assume your PC is able to run any game out there?

I still love Valve's Orange box games and play them(Hl2, ep.1, ep.2, portal, TF2)
It all depends on your pc though.

Fallout and Bioshock 1 and 2 are great and a bit more complex for FPS games... for more simple times, Serious Sam 1 & 2 now have "HD" versions... and there are a lot more in between... what are your system specs?
