My rig is:
i5 4590 / 3,3Ghz / 6mb / LGA1150 / 4 cores
GTX 750 TI 2GB GDDR5
8 Gig of ram ddr 3 1600 mhz

Motherboard: GB B85M-D2V
Case CM CMP-350 500W

I cant upgrade CPU because it would cost me too much I only consider second hand GPU (because i found good deals on RX480 4G or RX 580 8G) or Ram or both.

Would an extra 8 gig stick help me ? ive seen threads some people say they got double the FPS with just an extra 8 gig stick when they had 8 but ive seen also alot of tests done that show only a negligible difference in alot of other places.

Also Do you think an RX480 4gig or RX 580 8 GIG would fix my issue in the games I want to play ? And If i do would it be beneficial for me to use both my old and the new RX at the same time?

The games that Im going for are Playerunknown's battlegrounds and Call of duty:Warzone. Pubg i can play but i do have alot of issues in it at times and COD:Warzone is just impossible even on the lowest settings.

Solution
Adding a second stick SHOULD be fine. The mobo will run both sticks at the lowest common speeds. So you're likely to still see 1600MHz to match your first stick, but stuff like CAS latency (and all the other sub-timings) will match lowest common speed.

That PSU can only supply 360W. And it's only got a 6pin GPU power cable. At least your CPU isn't overclockable....
Will your PSU explode under an RX580? Probably not.
Is it a great choice to use this PSU any longer? Most people would say no.

Assuming you're in the USA?
What's your total upgrade budget?

Yes, an RX480/580 would be massive improvement compared to your GTX750Ti.

+8GB of RAM might help also, but less than the new GPU. Is your current RAM 2x4GB sticks?
I just checked its only a 1 stick and i have 2 slots so I can dual channel but i wonder if its okay if i only match it with a ddr 3 1600 but not the same model

Soo ive now decided that I will buy the rx 580 GPU but your comments gave me a little bit of a concern

Would it be too risky to try using it with my current PSU ? I just checked its model RS-500-PCAR-13 https://www.ebay.com/itm/1PC-Cooler...6A-60-50HZ-500W-power-supply-ZH-/273610499262 (if that helps figure out anything) I dont mind if i would have to change it later on... But if its too risky and my MB can get destroyed id settle with my gtx for a couple years

What would your opinion be on these:

1 cheaper variant "Sharkoon WPC550 Bronze, 550W, Eff. 85%, PFC Activee" It sounds good on paper but its not one of the good brands people talk about is it worth ? (but it might be out of stock)
https://www.computeruniverse.net/en/sharkoon-wpc550-bronze-550-watt

Or

2nd cheap variant Njoy Ayrus 500, 80 Plus, 500W, ATX, PFC Passivе
https://www.njoy.ro/PSU/ayrus500#specificatii

If they arent good i could go for alittle bit more expensive.

1 - Seasonic S12III-500, 80+ Bronze, 500W

2 - Be Quiet System Power 9, 500W, Active PFC, 80 Plus, 120mm
