Which are the safest overclocking values for GTX 960M ?

I would like to overclock my Lenovo Y-700's GPU, the Nvidia GTX 960M 4 GB,

and I would like to know which are the best and safest overclocking values for it!

p.s And how can I check if my GPU is throttling?

The maximum it can go is 1311 MHz. I would not oc it directly up to this but test overclocking little at a time and checking your temperatures while gaming. To check GPU throttling download GPU-z, and enable real time monitoring that will save a log file. If you see a clear drop in the core clock speed you are throttling.
