I purchased the TUF X299 Mk2. While it advertised being Aura Sync it has no header. I know some of the Asus GPUs have additional 4-pin RGB headers. Does anyone know where to find a list of them?

Solution
[strike]The last I recall, the GPU's that came from Asus all head additional PWM fan headers, not RGB headers.[/strike] I think you're also misunderstanding/misinterpreting the concept of Aurasync on the board, there are RGB LED's on the board's underside and you can use it in tandem with Asus peripherals and components that have RGB on them + control them in one swoop using the Aurasync app.

Yeah the GTX1080Ti has one header for RGB.
Yeah Aura sync only means its built in LEDs can be synced with the aura sync software.

Not sure about graphics cards with headers, Asus dont even seem to list them as a feature that I can see, although I know some of them do have it, like the 1080 ti Strix.

Some do have an addressable RGB header on the cards, like the Strix 1080 ti.

So I bought the Asus RTX 2070 Strix and it did have an additional RGB header and it worked perfectly. At the shop we looked at the 2080 and the 1080. What we determined was that if it’s a Strix card and has the system cooling headers it does have the RGB header. It’s the one with the red pin mount beside the fan headers.
