Hello

I need a recommendation of motherboard for my 7800x3d + gigabyte 4070ti card combo , I had msi mag tomahawk 650 , which was ok except the bootup was extremely slow .

So between momahawk , Tuf gaming , AORUS Elite AX 1.0 and asus Rog strix 650e-F which makes most sense? for gaming purpose. and is rog strix worth spending 60 euro over others?

You should pass on links to the boards since there are SKU's/model to the boards listed above. We need you to be specific.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Might want to elaborate on the long boot time, comment. How long did it take?

The Tomahawk is one of, if not THE best mid range B650 board without spending significantly more money on it. And the board itself has very little to do with how fast the system boots. Your CONFIGURATION of the POST and boot process in the BIOS, and what kind of/how many storage devices and USB devices you have, especially if there are a number of legacy USB devices connected, is.

So other than the boot time, there was probably no reason to return that B650 Tomahawk if you did. Next to that, I'd say the Aorus Elite AX would be MY next choice (Or possibly even first choice depending on budget) followed by the B650e-F. And possibly the B650e board anyhow as it seems the e boards have a few features not found on the original B650 boards but those may or may not be of any value to you considering those boards are also generally more expensive.

What is the actual amount you are willing to spend on this board and do you still have the Tomahawk or did you return it?

Thank you for your reply , So i bricked the board (bent pin XD) and was thinking maybe change of board might be better , If you say tomahawk is still way to go over other?

Aorus Elite AX is about 30 euro more than tomahawk / Tuf , Would that be good investment then?

Links bellow , is that the correct Aorus?

I do have Gigabyte GPU , does having same brand mobo / Gpu matter?

I would not pay more for the Elite AX unless you simply do not like MSI, which a lot of people don't. Given the current prices, this is what I'd go with if I was budget constrained.
