Ok thanx i want play games for enjoy not for graphics thanx
You want to be able to have decent framerates in games you want to play as well. A GTX 750ti is a better option than a 650ti. Price is similar and the 750ti is decently faster.
I can run BF4 on high/ultra settings with an AMD 6300 and an HD 7790. You should be able to do the same, if not on high/med. The i3 is classified as a dual core, but in reality, it's a quad core.
Get a 750ti. They are not much more than a 650ti and far better. Some 650ti are priced the same, if not higher even. I would look at an i3 4130 as well, unless you are upgrading a current rig with a sandy or ivy Pentium G or celeron in it.

It's pretty hard to enjoy a game when you're getting low FPS and getting destroyed because everybody else sees everything more clearly than you. That's like saying you only want a monocle when both of your eyes are bad, of course you'll be able to see, technically, but you could see better if you just got glasses.
