I am planning to buy some of buy components for gaming like gpu, proceesor etc. But i got confused of which pair should i buy
1.Ryzen r3 1200 and Nvidia gtx 1060 6gb
2.Ryzen r5 1500x and Nvidia gtx 1050ti 4 gb

I will handle these only for gaming so plz strictly answer for gaming

If gaming is the only concern the X chips are kind of a waste of money..

1200 OC =1300x,
1400 OC= 1500x,
1600 OC= 1600X
1700 OC= 1700X

FPS difference is next to nothing and you are paying basically for them to step up the CPU for you so save some cash get the non X version and stick that into the GPU.

1060 3GB is way better than a 1050 TI and for only $40 more, a 1060 6GB $50 more isn't so much of a huge upgrade over the 3gb version unless you really need the VRAM which the majority of 1080p games wont use so it's up to the OP's budget.

In a world moving to multithreaded performance (thanks AMD) you can't compare 4c/4t cpu to 4c/8t. The 1500x is the sweet spot for price/performance.

If your basing performance based on Cores the Ryzen 5 1600 is the best value, we are talking about gaming performance not productivity.

AMD Ryzen 5 1400 4C/8T with Wraith Cooler "$135-$165" vs Ryzen 5 1500x 4c/8t with Same Cooler "$150-$189" Not sure where you are seeing a comparison to a 4C/4T but the value isn't in X chips. 1200/1400/1600 offer the best value. A 1200 for $109 is a good place to start for a budget system it pairs well with a 1060 6GB anything more is just making your experience even better. The 1600 is the best selling of all Ryzen chips call up a Micro Center and ask how long they have been keeping them in stock.

@delaro -the 1400 isnt the same cpu as the 1500x , it has half the l3 cache which can hurt performance in certain instances.

It also comes with the wraith stealth rather than the bigger wraith spire.

For $25-30 the 1500x is just about worth the extra.

That said , I would agree with your initial suggestion of a 1400 & 1060 3gb because its the best 'in between option'

The Cache means next to nothing in gaming terms, Productive might be a different story but that isn't what was asked.

I Would still go with the 1400 3-4 °C difference isn't worth $30 more. I wouldn't run either one of these coolers if you manage to get a Chip that will run stable at 4ghz, I went with a CM MasterLiquid 120 because I wasn't happy with either one in my small tight case.
