[SOLVED] Which BIOS version should I choose ?

MPG Z390 GAMING PLUS + i9 9900k I've never updated bios before and i'd like to check with someone that knows first.
Current Bios version: 1.B0, 2020-08-12

7B51v1C>7B51v1D>7B51v1E

Some will argue to just jump to 7B51v1E citing that the BIOS files are the same but motherboard makers have stopped explain what's been changed or revised in their latter generation of BIOS versions. There's a possibility that there are incremental updates in each BIOS version that add on. I prefer not to take the risk and gradually work my way up to the latest BIOS version.

Which bios do I choose?

If BIOS update notes do not mention any pre-update BIOS version requirements, then update to latest non-beta version.
7B51v1E - is the latest.

Doing multiple BIOS updates in a row just adds unnecessary points of possible failure.
Like, if power goes out during update process.
