Which brand of an R9-280 will be the best performance and quality?

MSI R9 280 GAMING 3G is best.

Reason: Its boost clock is pretty higher than other brands. Can reach 1000 MHz with the stock voltage.

Gigabyte is higher in graphics clock but the failure rate is very intense when playing high end games i.e., worst performance.
XFX can boost up to 1k MHz too but the size of this card is tad bigger than MSI.
ASUS's boost clock for graphics is 980 MHz, which is relatively lower than the others.

Note: Graphics Clock is really important for performance, added with optimal quality.

I agree, I don't see a better option as the other cards appear voltage locked.
