Corsair comes highly recommended but also look at OCZ, Geil, G Skill, Crucial. Just buy the one thats the cheapest/longest warranty/best timings.

I actually don't have good experiences with Geil RAM personally and their support has some pretty bad horror stories after the switch to DDR2 from the Golden Dragon DDR series. Still, some people have gotten good results with them but I'm personally hesitant about recommending them. I'd throw in Mushkin or even Kingston (though I have yet to try anything outside of their Value line) with Crucial, G.skill, OCz, and Corsair.
