Which Browser does NOT have Shockwave Flash Problems?

I've just about had it with Chrome crashing and giving me the Shockwave Flash error message.

I HAVE made sure I have only one instance of Flash in the browser.

I perceive start and page load times in Chrome as slow. I have tried many of the fixes suggested for slow response from Chrome, but none seem to work.

I WANT to view websites that use Java.

I wasted a couple of hours trying to use Internet Explorer and install and use Firefox to view a webcam because Chrome was blocking it because it used Java. Could not get any of them to work. May have something to do with the version of Java on my system, or Windows security, but I blame the browsers.

I KNOW that everyone is supposed to move to HTML5, etc., but the reality is that Java, Shockwave, and Flash will be in use for DECADES to come.

So, are there any browsers that don't have a problem with Shockwave, Flash, and Java?

I tried searching, but the top thousand or so results tell me how to FIX the problems, not if there is a browser that does NOT have a problem.

I do desire the Tom's Hardware community's help. Please forgive that my frustration is coming out in the tone of my request. I just want to enjoy my web browsing again. Thank you.

Solution
Flash sucks, it generally crashes for me in both Chrome and Firefox. There really is no solution here.

Its not really true that flash will be continued, as it is HTML 5 has taken over quite a few sites. Some that use both if you disable flash will revert. Now Java on the otherhand will be around. You should clear out and re-install your Java plugins just to be sure, that often clears things up.
