Intel build is better .
You have made some minor mistakes in your intel build the board is not supported out of the box with the processor and its a locked procesor you cant oc it so no need for af cooler and 750 watt PSu is overkill for both the build if you are not planning for a future crossfire.

You don't need the extra case fans, most likely. If you're getting an HXX board, you aren't overclocking, so you can drop the aftermarket cooler unless you absolutely need a really quiet system. I'd lean towards the Intel since gaming is your primary intended usage, and the performance gains the AMD will have in video editing aren't enough to warrant the loss in gaming performance.

I will wait on the fans, but is there an ASUS MoBo for the same price that is equaly/better than the one you gave me? I know that ASUS are typically better than ASRock. Also, Can I just use the i5-4430, or do i need the 4590, or the 4690K? I will not be overclocking. I am not that familiar with it, and I dont want to have to worry about it.
