Hi there, i've asked a friend for a computer build and it seemed pretty cool. Afterwards, another one of my friends had recommended me another one, I really can't decide which is better due to not being extremely knowledgeable in the field. Would anyone like to tell me which is better? Are there any possible changes to be made to either? The optimal price range is under 550.
Friend 1 sent me these two builds (just for price's sake)

Friend 2 sent me these two

Honestly, I'd have to say this one is the best for the price: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/BjqJ8K
It would run games rather well. That second Intel build is also really good if you can afford it (which you can, given your price range). It would be decent at video editing and even better at gaming than the Pentium build.

The AMD ones aren't bad, but the Intel ones are just the better bang for the buck. You'll also get better performance out of them.

Sure. I'd personally say to go for one of the Intel ones. The guy above me explained it well. The Intel ones are a bit cheaper and you get better performance out of them.
