Which build is better?

Hello,
my friend is about to build a new rig and has a very limited budget. I want to know which one of these builds would be faster mainly for gaming.

AMD A8-6600K
Corsair 4GB DDRIII 2133 MHz
GIGABYTE X88A-HD3
AMD Radeon HD 8570D
Corsair CX 430W

or

Intel Pentium G3420
Kingston HyperX black 4GB DDR3 1333
GIGABYTE GA-H81M-S1

The top one should be quite a bit better, neither will game great due to the onboard video in the first one and terrible gpu in the second build. AMD has a much better built in graphics however.

I would try to put 8gb memory in the top one as onboard video needs more memory than one with a dedicated card. Other than that it should play most games at lower resolution and lower settings at playable framerates.
