Which Build is better?

Im trying to find a good computer build for gaming at high quality and do video editing,website design ,etc. I found this 2 builds don't know which one is better for what i want.

The 4670K and 760.
760's a bit fasterr than the 7950 and the 4670K's a bit better than the 8350.

More then a bit a lot of games its a 20-30 fps differance

I would get a 7970 instead of the 760, personally. Besides that, the Intel build looks nice.
