750ti is a good budget card, but it can't play new games on anything more than low settings at a decent frame rate.
And the CX series PSUs are terribad. Especially if you want to OC.
Maybe go with a Pentium G3258 build with a 265 or 270/X?

You can get by, but it's really not great. A 760 or 280 at least is optimal for any new games.

Ah, I didn't see that you'd mentioned specific games. Yeah, it'll run them fine.
If you get into any other games though, you might regret not getting a more powerful card, that's all I'm saying.
