I recommend air cooling over fluid except in extreme enthusiast cases, it is usually quieter and easier to install.
If you are going to overclock, will your memory be best for the extra speed?
You have two good power supplies. Why the extra 100W? Both systems need about the same power.
Do you plan to SLI in the future?

If I were building this, I would be using slightly cheaper parts. The ASRock Z97E-ITX/ac motherboards, the 4690K and the Zalman quiet 8900. I use smaller cases though.
