Why don't you upgrade what you are using right now? What motherboard are you running? Seems like you could get everything you want and spend less money. I'd recommend Intel/nVidia for CPu/Gpu because it'll run WoW at least much better, and seems like you could probably toss in an i5 Cpu in your current board, save the Ram and buy an actual video card. Maybe upgrade the Psu and case.
