Hey, which one of these 2 builds should I go for? Note that the first build costs about 200$ more

Second build is almost certainly more powerful, not sure why the first is more expensive. The CPU in the second build is about on-par with the one in the first, and the GPU is definitely better in the second build, plus, you're getting a larger SSD, albeit no cheap HDD.
