So really this is a questions of which SSD/HDD, and power supply to get? Because thats the only thing I see changing between these builds.

Bigger PSU is never bad. I agree that the 520w unit is on the low side. Cannot comment on Antec and SeaSonic. I've always built with Corsair and never had a problem.

1 vs 2 TB of storage is pure preference. Will you fill up 1TB? Get 2 TB. Will you fill up 2TB? Get more....

Both SSD options are pretty middle of the field. If you want awesome step up to a Samsung 850.
