Build 1:

• NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 6GB
• 16 GB DDR4 2666 MHz
• 1TB 7200rpm
• MSI H310M PRO-VD
• Case: Zalman Z1
• Power supply: 500W

Build 2:

• Intel Core i5-9400F (2.90/4.10GHz, 9M)
• NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 8GB
• 16 GB DDR4 2666 MHz
• 1TB 7200rpm
• MSI H310M PRO-M2 PLUS
• Case: Segotep Halo 1
• Power supply: 600W

Btw the build is for gaming.

The second system has the faster GPU so for gaming it will be faster.
