Should I do this build and get a 970 in about 6 months, so I use integrated graphics for a while or:

use this and maybe buy i5 in 6 months or so.
I'm currently on an i3 and I can run arma 2 with 40 fps on ultra low which has intel hd 4000
on the i7 it has 4600 so I might see a performance gain.
Or use the amd build and wait a few months to get an i5 4690k?
