I'm having trouble deciding on a build for gaming. I will be playing games at 1080p and I hope to be able to play some of the newer games and heavily modded skyrim.

Which one of these is the best at gaming for the price? Sorry for the long post and thank you for your help

Solution
So, I think SR-71 and I were waiting on you edit your post with BBCode versions of the builds. But I'm just going to say post my thought. I would go for the Intel but there are some changes that need to be made. What is your budget?

Here's what I was thinking. It does sacrifice GPU performance, but there is a better motherboard and more wattage for more powerful GPUs. It is a little more but much more balanced.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i3-4330 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor ($116.94 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: ASRock H97 PRO4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($80.54 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($57.99 @...

When you select Export/Markup, there's an option for BBCode. Select that option and then copy paste.

Solution
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/DWm8XL

It could handle anything and everything you throw at it at ultra graphics and EASILY handle Skyrim with heavy mods and a few ENBS x2 on 4 monitors.

Fun Fact: Although you may think skyrim with mods and an ENB requires sheer computer power with epic graphics cards and etc, it doesnt. It's very easy to run. Have fun!

Although http://pcpartpicker.com/p/DWm8XL may be overkill, its still extremely overclockable and will last you 20 years (Not recommended but yeah)

A helpful video for building, if you're new to it, is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d_56kyib-Ls, make sure to be very careful and DONT be sloppy!
