which build should i get?

I have 3 builds with the same price in my country but i don't know which one is the best
i already have a gtx 660,
thermaltake smart se 630w psu ,hyper 212x cooler and 4gb 1333mhz ( 2x2gb kingston and kingmax )
#1st build :
G3258
Z97 pc mate
New 8gb gskill 1600mhz
A new cheap mid tower case
#2nd build:
Fx8320
Asrock 970 extreme 4 r2.0
A new cheap mid tower case
#3rd build(20$ cheaper):
I5 4460
H81 mobo
A new cheap mid tower case
I don't like the 3rd build because that cpu can't overclock.
What do you think which build is the best for my budget ?

I would get the second one if you gonna overclock. If you can go and save to a 8gb ram too because then you can mulititask.

Is the asrock 970 extreme 4 good for overclocking ? and with that mobo what is the highest stable clock i can get ?
(in my country , amd stuffs are very rare and that is the only one mobo left in the local store , a few day ago someone took the last msi 970 gaming 🙁 )

there a few pointers i like to bring up...how long do you want this gaming pc??? what country are you buying parts from and what your build funds. the g3258 and z97 mb let you drop in any faster cpu latter on. intel on there brodwell cpu has killed it off. end of summer we may see skylake for the desktop. if i was you i use i5 haswell and a h97 mb. no need to overclock a cpu. amd cpu and mb is 2/3 years behind the intel i5 in sped in games.

i want a pc that can handle all the nextgen game at 1080p and 30+fps, a ps4 equivalent pc 😀 , i have 300$ for cpu and mobo upgrade but the price is very high in here.
What about a new build with i3 cpu, is i3 good ?

The amd fx-6300 gives almost the same performance and you can overklock it too. Go and check that one out its cheeper as well.

Is it safe if i use a 2gb kingston 1333 + a 2gb kingmax 1333 and 4gb kingston 1600 and oc my cpu?

thats nice. the fx 6300 is good, cheap and easy to overklock with a aftermarket cooler. The ram can work but its safest to go with with only one type. the difference between 1333mhz and 1600mhz is not that huge. Go with 8gb on one of them.

Because amd stuffs are rare so the fx 6300 is out of stock , but i saw the fx 4350 , is fx 4350 good

Out of stock?? Im in sweden and you can buy it on like 4 websites. The clockspeed on 4350 is faster but it has less cores. I think it have the same performance as the 6300 but im not really expert in that area.

Definitley go with i5 4460 and 97 board. It will last MUCH longer

Can you get an i3 4150 with an h97 board? That would be better and then get an i5 4460 when you have more money. The 660 is pretty decent, so I would get i3 -> i5 later

Better? Not really. the Pentium is stuck with 2 cores, while the i3 is a dual core with HyperTreading. So Windows sees it as a quad core.

No. the i3 is a locked CPU, meaning it can't be oced.

From what I have read just now, it seems you can bump the base clock, but thats about it.

I prefer a fx 6300. ´The i3 and the 6300 have the same performance but 6300 can be overclocked. Go with that

i3 and 6300 have similar performance WHEN the 6300 is oced.. In games, the i3 will be better
