I have specs for 2 builds. Each build is about $230-$250. I know that with that amount of money, the PC won't last long but I will upgrade it. I want the PC to be for casual games so games such as source games, Skyrim, Minecraft, and War Thunder.
Nothing to beastly on the graphics. I'm perfectly fine playing these games at 720p because my monitor only supports 720p. I am fine playing games at low settings as long as I'm getting a solid 30fps. I would like to be able to record games as well. Here are the links to the builds.

this cpu just came out and overclocked it gets near i5 fps in games.

for roughly $100 more you will almost double your performance with this.
