Which build would be the best for 1080p gaming?

Intel Core i7-4790
Cooler Master Seidon 120V CPU
Crucial DDR3 BallistiX Sport 1600MHz 8GB
Gainward GeForce GTX 770 2GB PhysX CUDA
Toshiba Desktop 1TB SATA 3.0

Build 2:
CM Storm Scout II Advanced
Cooler Master G650M, 650W PSU
Intel Core i5-4670K
Crucial DDR3 BallistiX Sport 1600MHz 8GB
ASUS GeForce GTX 780 3GB PhysX CUDA
Toshiba Desktop 1TB SATA 3.0

Build 1 has i7 and watercooling while build 2 has a gtx 780.

Which would you rather buy? (The price for both builds are really close to each other)

The second is a better gaming machine.

replace the cm psu by a better one like seasonic/xfx/antec hcg /corsair
prefer the second built
take the cm hyper evo instead
