I have been looking at benchmarks, reviews, and all that jazz. I have constructed 6 lists, which one would be the best? Remember this is a BUDGET build. I am trying to stay under $600, which is pushing it.

(I am looking to play games such as GTA V (With LSPDFR), Cities Skylines, American Truck Simulator, SimCity 5, G Mod, and more.)

LINKS TO THE LISTS:

I'd like to know which build would be the most bang for my buck.

Solution
For one the i3 has 4 threads i use an I3 in gtav and get very smooth gameplay. The amd cpus are using such an old architecture that their IPC is far lower than the i3 making the I3's over all preformance way higher than all those listed cpu's.

Splendid
The I3 build gives you the most bang for your buck outpreforming every cpu on that list by quite alot. Sadly all the other cpu's will bottleneck in gtaV pretty badly. The only AMD cpu worth getting might be Zen when it releases but i wouldnt get my hopes up on that.

I thought I should use a quad core CPU for GTA V?
