So which build you think its the best?

Solution
If It is that small of a difference I would go with the first one just for the fact you will be able to keep the same machine for longer. If the first build was almost 200 or more than the second then I would pick the cheaper because of the similar performance. So really its a choice between the new tech and a little older tech skylake vs haswell and DDR4 vs DDR3.
The first build is what I would go with because of the newer CPU and RAM will have a longer usable life than the 4790k and the DDR3 @ 1600mhz. Is it worth the money? Well if would depend how big of an upgrade it would be from what its replacing.

I wasn't clearly enough sorry! I am making a new PC and these 2 build are what i have on my mind.
The first build costs 100 euros or 110$ more, thats the difference in money.
With the first build im off my budget for 70 euros so i dont mind getting it if worth it for that 70 euros more 😀
